Is Nepal still an Under-Developed country?

                                   
To talk about Nepal, Nepal is undoubtedly a nature-filled land with various cultures diversities. It is indeed amazing to spend time with friendly people here and get lost in cultural and natural diversities if Nepal. Many of the social studies courses in Nepal's education concludes that Nepal is a developing country. However, that is not the case. According to the census of 2011 A.D., the ranking and the data obtained clearly shows that Nepal is still an under-developed country. Nepal, According to "Economic Analysis and Policy Division", conducted by UN, is clearly declared as an Under-developed country.
Nepal also falls on the 101st position on world happiness ranking with 4.880 happiness Index. That's not a bad ranking for an Underdeveloped country, However, the real question is
